Sphatic
SPHATIC was born out of the desire amongst musicians
from diverse backgrounds to fuse musical influences
from around the world in a coherent whole. From
humble beginnings as a guitar-vocal duo to a full
ensemble, SPHATIC experiments with styles ranging
from popular western and eastern traditional to
world music. Its members represent a diverse array
of world ethnicities and musical traditions. SPHATIC
aims to create non-delineated musical styles from an
inter-cultural philosophy that goes beyond
political, national, religious and racial
boundaries, spreading their ideal of friendship
between diverse peoples and cultures.
